Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 

 

  • Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with upcoming developers and builders to explore business opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings to present company offerings and partnership benefits.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with developers to ensure recurring business.
  • Negotiate and finalize project mandates or AOP agreements.
  • Stay updated on new project launches, market trends, and developer activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution of signed projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and signed mandates.

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
    • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
