Job Description

You will be responsible for all stages of the sales cycle, including building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. Your strong skills and negotiation abilities will be crucial in this role. - Identify and connect with upcoming developers and builders to explore business opportunities. - Schedule and conduct meetings to present company offerings and partnership benefits. - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with developers to ensure recurring business. - Negotiate and finalize project mandates or AOP agreements. - Stay updated on new project launches, market trends, and developer activities. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution of signed projects. - Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and signed mandates.
