Prophaze is an innovative cybersecurity company offering advanced solutions to secure

workloads against threats such as OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, zero-day attacks, and

DDoS attacks. Specializing in protecting Kubernetes and non-Kubernetes workloads,

Prophaze provides a range of services, including Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Web

Application and API Protection (WAAP), bot protection, and Layer 7 DDoS protection.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive regional sales,

build strong industry relationships, and expand our presence across the technology

ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, deep networking

capabilities, and prior experience selling technology, cybersecurity, or network security

solutions (preferred but not mandatory).

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building

connections with tech companies, and can convert opportunities into long-term business

partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new clients within the technology and enterprise ecosystem in the assigned region.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and industry connections.
  • Build strong relationships with HR, IT, and business leaders across tech companies.

Sales & Account Management

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → demos → negotiation → closure.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, delivery, marketing) to ensure seamless client experience.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management- preferably in SaaS, IT services, tech training, or cybersecurity domains.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and build relationships with tech companies in the region.
  • Excellent networking skills with the ability to open doors and engage decision-makers.
  • Experience in tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, outreach platforms, etc., is a plus.
  • Bonus: Prior experience or understanding of network security or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline); MBA is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per month
