Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and playing a key role in driving sales growth through market visits, client meetings, and strategic outreach. Location: H-81, H-Block, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201301. Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Schedule: Day Shift Requirements & Qualifications: Any Bachelor’s degree required (MBA/BBA preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales. Proven ability to sell products and services effectively. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Strong relationship-building and client servicing capabilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits. Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Email, CRM tools). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow. Marketing skills will be an added advantage. Valid driving license and access to personal transportation (Preferred). Must own or have access to a laptop (Yes/No to be confirmed). Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline. Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate relevant products or services. Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining profitability. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and communication. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to confidently present their features and benefits. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and lead generation activities. Generate leads through various channels, including field visits, networking, and referrals. Support the sales conversion process by providing accurate data and insights. Conduct site and market visits to explore opportunities and gather competitive intelligence.
