About the Role

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in
North America and Latin America
.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Create and present tailored proposals, business pitches, and solution offerings.
Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and prepare regular reports on business development activities.

Requirements

2–5 years
of experience in business development, sales, or account management (IT / SaaS / IoT / Tech preferred).
Excellent
spoken and written English
; Spanish/Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in
U.S. business hours
(evening/night IST).
Understanding of
B2B sales cycles
and international business practices.
Proficiency with
CRM tools
and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Good to Have

Experience working with
North American or Latin American clients
.
Knowledge of SaaS, IoT, or technology product sales.
Exposure to cross-cultural communication and remote client management.
