Job Description

As a full-time Inside Sales Executive at NoBrokerHood based in Bangalore, your main responsibility will be to manage customer relationships and drive sales. This will involve identifying new sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals. Your role will also include ensuring customer satisfaction through effective post-sales support. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and pitch NoBrokerHood solutions to gated communities, RWAs, and society associations through outbound calls/cold calling. - Conduct product demos and presentations to decision-makers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with society management committees and housing associations. - Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of societies. - Collaborate with internal teams for smooth implementation and after-sales support. - Conduct promotional activities and participate in society meetings/events to increase brand visibility. - Track sales performance, submit reports, and achieve assigned revenue targets. - Stay updated on competitor offerings and provide market feedback. - Travel extensively within the assigned territory for client meetings. Qualifications & Skills: - 1 to 5 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in B2C/B2B sales, real estate, or tech solutions. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in English and Hindi, with knowledge of a regional language being a plus. - Ability to independently drive sales and manage territory performance. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
