Business Development Executive – CAD & BIM Services

Job Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our CAD & BIM service offerings. You’ll work closely with technical teams to align solutions with client needs and market trends.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and design firms
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote CAD & BIM services
  • Present service offerings through demos, proposals, and client meetings
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions for client requirements
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in CAD/BIM or AEC industry
  • Basic understanding of CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and BIM workflows
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
