Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth in our industrial and commercial civil construction segment. The candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to win and execute construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and project leads.
• Generate project inquiries and build a strong project pipeline.
• Network with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to promote company services.
• Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and technical solutions to clients.
• Coordinate with the technical and tendering teams for bid submissions and follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM and update business development reports regularly.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings for brand promotion and lead generation.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience in business development or sales in the civil or infrastructure sector.
• Strong networking and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, bidding, and contract procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2+ years of relevant experience in construction / Infrastructure / EPC sector preferred.
• Local candidates or candidates with knowledge of the Gujarat industrial market will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
