Job Description

  • Engage with prospects in the Middle East through inbound inquiries and proactive outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Understand customer requirements and business needs to effectively position our products.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate with regional sales executives for further development.
  • Collaborate closely with the Middle East sales team and channel partners to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct account research, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect and activity data.
  • Coordinate internally with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure timely follow-up and proposal support.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills suited for international customer engagement.
  • Good understanding of IT concepts and technologies.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (preferred, but training will be provided).
