Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AIOps Consultant with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI/ML, deep learning (DL), and Generative AI (GenAI) to drive automation and intelligence in IT operations. The consultant will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing AI-powered solutions for Event Management ie Event correlation, Root cause analysis, Event Noise reduction, Event Remediation Incident Management ie Incident triage, Similar incident match, and automated knowledge management, GenAI LLM Fine tuning and Functional Tool expertise. Key Responsibilities: Event Management & Correlation: Implement AI/ML/DL-driven event correlation to detect patterns and reduce redundant alerts. Develop event root cause analysis (RCA) models to identify and predict failure points. Apply AI techniques to minimize noise in event management systems. Incident Management & Resolution: Develop AI/ML models for intelligent incident triage and prioritization. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for dynamic incident resolution. Enable similar incident search to improve resolution times and reduce redundant tickets. Automate knowledge base (KB) recommendations for open incidents. Auto-attach resolved incidents to ongoing cases for reference and faster resolution. Build AI models for SLA breach prediction and proactive incident resolution. Generative AI & Custom LLM Development: Fine-tune open-source small LLMs (1.5B/3.5B parameters) to integrate application APIs from Swagger documentation. Enable chat-based configuration, reporting, and querying of application data using function tools. Design conversational AI models for ticket workflow configuration based on user inputs. Architecture & Solution Design: Take ownership of designing scalable AI-powered solutions for ITOM and ITSM use cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing ITSM/ITOM platforms. Ensure AI models are optimized for performance, accuracy, and scalability. Define best practices for AI/ML model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in IT Operations, AIOps, ITSM, and ITOM domains. Strong expertise in AI/ML, deep learning (DL), and Generative AI. Hands-on experience with event correlation, incident management, and AI-driven IT automation. Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG-based models, and API integrations. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, NLP, and machine learning frameworks. Strong understanding of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.) and observability platforms. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML model deployment. Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices in ITSM/ITOM.
