The organization specializes in providing integrated IT solutions to empower corporations and enterprises to deliver enhanced services to their end-users. Job Summary We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across key digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B social media strategies, especially within the enterprise software and IT infrastructure space. You will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing both organic and paid social campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, engage IT decision-makers, and contribute to lead generation efforts. Key Responsibilities: Social Strategy & Execution Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies (primarily LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram) aligned with the overall marketing and brand goals. Content Creation & Scheduling Plan, write, and schedule content tailored to the platform and audience ranging from thought leadership posts and product updates to event promotions and customer stories. Community Engagement Proactively engage with followers, prospects, and industry influencers to foster community growth, respond to queries, and build brand credibility. Paid & Organic Campaigns Run targeted paid campaigns (especially on LinkedIn) to amplify reach, promote content, and generate MQLs. Monitor organic performance and boost high-performing posts. Performance Analysis Use analytics tools to track engagement, impressions, CTR, and conversions. Generate monthly reports and provide insights to refine social strategy and content direction. Competitor & Industry Monitoring Stay informed about competitors, trending topics, hashtags, and industry movements to inform content and positioning strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with content writers, designers, product marketers, and the SEO team to ensure unified messaging and impactful campaign rollouts. Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2B or tech/SaaS environment. Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms. Experience with social media analytics tools like LinkedIn Analytics, Facebook Insights, and YouTube Studio. Strong understanding of paid social advertising, particularly LinkedIn and Meta Ads Manager. Familiarity with social listening and reputation management tools such as Brandwatch, Mention, or similar. Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex tech concepts. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have Exposure to B2B software product lines like ITSM, ITOM, AIOps, or Network Monitoring. Experience working with global B2B audiences across APAC, the US, and the Middle East markets. Knowledge of content repurposing and campaign localization.
