Job Description

Job Overview:

SmartyD is hiring a proactive Business Devlopment Executive to drive business growth. Your role is to connect with new prospects, convert leads into clients, and build a strong sales pipeline. You’ll also support internal operations with back-office tasks.


• Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through cold calling and outreach

• Connect with prospects and explain SmartyD’s digital products

• Close sales deals and meet revenue targets

• Maintain and nurture client relationships

• Manage follow-ups, inquiries, and customer records

• Support with basic reporting and documentation


• Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of sales/CRM experience (Fresher's with confidence welcome)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Goal-oriented with a self-driven attitude

• Knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is a plus

• Must own a smartphone and laptop
