Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer to support our product development and engineering efforts. This role involves creating precise technical designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that products meet performance, safety, and manufacturing requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and improve designs for mechanical, electrical, or product systems. Create 2D and 3D models using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.). Work with product managers, engineers, and clients to gather design requirements. Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and performance analysis. Revise drawings and models based on feedback and project updates. Prepare engineering documentation including BOMs, specifications, and test plans. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Collaborate with the manufacturing and quality teams to support prototyping and production. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Product, or Industrial Engineering or related field. 2+ years of experience in a design or engineering role. Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or Creo. Strong knowledge of engineering principles and design practices. Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills Experience with simulation tools like ANSYS or MATLAB. Familiarity with additive manufacturing and rapid prototyping. Basic knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes. Experience working in cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
