Roles & Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities with Corporate, Industrial & Commercial clients . Build strong B2C partnerships and generate solar rooftop leads. Present techno-commercial proposals & ROI benefits to decision-makers. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project handover. To set the sales targets overall in coordination with management Stay updated on solar policies, net metering, and subsidy frameworks. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies . Preferred candidate profile Minimum Educational qualification B-Tech or MBA in Sales and Marketing / Energy. Renewable Energy (Solar) Experience will be preferable. Minimum 2-7 years of experience in the solar industry. Solar Projects and Industrial Sales, Project Sales Rooftop Solar, EPC Project, EPC Sales, Renewable Energy Strong communication and project management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and Good Communication Skills
