Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

*Dealer/Distributor Network Development:

Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified dealers/distributors across India to expand Wave Visions' IoT Medical Devices market reach.

Establish strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with these partners.

Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to drive sales growth for Wave Visions' IoT Medical Devices

*Market Penetration:

Analyze market trends, identify target segments, and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.

*Sales and Revenue Generation:

Set and achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.

Monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing materials.

*Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

*Team Management:

Lead and motivate a team of dealer/distributors' sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

Provide training and coaching to the dealers/distributors' sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

Proven track record in Medical Device sales and distribution.

Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare market and regulatory landscape.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to travel extensively within India.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
