Role Description

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the tendering process, coordinating with internal teams, and fostering strong client relationships

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, monitor, and evaluate government and private sector tenders aligned with company credentials.
• Manage preparation and submission of

  EOIs, RFPs, and technical/financial proposals

  in compliance with TOR/RFP requirements.
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication, pre-bid meetings, and networking events.
• Format and compile CVs, Form-11s, and Project Data Sheets (PDS) for proposals.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals with complete

  technical and commercial compliance

• Collaborate with Technical and Finance teams to gather required inputs.
• Maintain bid submission trackers, MIS reports, and client information databases.
• Standardize and manage proposal-related documentation and templates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  Engineering, Management, or related discipline

  .
• Knowledge of

  e-procurement portals

  (GeM, CPPP, etc.).
• Proficiency in

  MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  , with strong document formatting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, proposal writing, and coordination abilities.
• Prior experience in tender identification, proposal preparation, and compliance management.
• Strong ability to collaborate with teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proven client relationship management and networking experience.
• Prior exposure to the

  engineering or infrastructure sector

  is an advantage.
• Ability to work

  on-site in Ranchi or Noida
