Business Development Executive – Marketing & Client Outreach (Incentive Based)

Pryvanta is an emerging leader in environmental, health & safety, sustainability, and CSR consulting in India. We are seeking a passionate Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base and brand presence across diverse sectors—including EHS, sustainability & ESG, ISO certifications, social impact assessments, and CSR advisory.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify and connect with potential clients via phone, email, social media, and networking events.
  • Assist in crafting engaging content and marketing collateral customized for industries such as construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, and corporate CSR.
  • Execute targeted digital marketing campaigns and manage Pryvanta’s social media outreach.
  • Support proposal drafting, tender responses, and presentation prep to convert leads.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity to keep strategies relevant and competitive.
  • Maintain accurate outreach and client tracking records to measure progress and impact.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, or business development preferably within consulting, EHS, sustainability, or related sectors.
  • Basic familiarity or strong interest in environmental consulting, health & safety, corporate responsibility, or ISO standards is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; marketing, commerce, management, or environmental studies preferred.

Compensation and Growth

  • Monthly salary ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 commensurate with experience.
