Role Overview:

MBA freshers specializing in Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:

• Assist in analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Research potential clients and industries where Mansycom's services can be introduced.

Lead Generation & Client Outreach:

• Support the team in identifying prospective clients through online and offline channels.
• Draft client communication, presentations, and introductory emails.

Proposal Support:

• Assist in preparing marketing and project proposals under the guidance of Business Development Managers.
• Customize technical content to align with client needs.

Coordination & Collaboration:

• Liaise with internal technical teams to understand project deliverables and align them with client expectations.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to ensure smooth client engagement.

Travel & Client Interaction:

• Accompany Business Development Managers to client meetings within and outside the city.
• Participate in client presentations and on-ground marketing activities.

Reporting & Feedback:

• Document meeting insights, client feedback, and project progress reports.
• Assist in creating reports for management on business development efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

  MBA in Marketing + B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

• Soft Skills:

  Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

• Technical Knowledge:

  Basic understanding of BIM, AR/VR, and digital project management is a plus.

• Travel-Ready:

  Willingness to travel frequently within the city and occasionally outside it.

• Proactive Mindset:

  High energy, self-driven, and a knack for building relationships.
