About the Role

Senior BIM MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 

  3D BIM models

   for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection) systems using 

  Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related tools

  .
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure accurate 

  design coordination

   and 

  clash-free models

  .
• Generate 

  2D construction drawings, schedules, and documentation

   from BIM models.
• Perform 

  clash detection

   and resolve coordination issues in a 

  BIM environment

  .
• Ensure compliance with 

  BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements

  .
• Stay updated with the latest 

  BIM trends, tools, and industry best practices

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

   Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in 

  Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

   or related field.

• Experience:

   4–6 years as a 

  BIM MEP Engineer

   in engineering, construction, or related industries.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Expert-level knowledge of 

  Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360

  .
• Strong understanding of 

  MEP systems, construction methodologies, and BIM workflows

  .

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent 

  problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical abilities

  .
• Strong 

  communication and collaboration skills

   for cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to work in a 

  fast-paced environment

   and meet project deadlines.
