Experience:

Industry Experience:

·      A minimum of 10–15 years of experience in Project Execution/ Project Management/ Project Planning/ Consultancy Services within Metal/ Mining/ Energy/ Power/ Industrial sectors.

Leadership Experience:

·      At least 5 years in a leadership role (such as Project Manager or equivalent) with accountability for strategy, quality, budget, schedule, and stakeholder management.

Project Scope:

·      Hands-on experience in greenfield installations, expansions, or modernization projects with a minimum value of Rs 100 billion in Metals/ Mining/ Energy/ Power sectors.

·      For consultancy professionals, prior involvement in high-value advisory assignments (each worth ₹100 Million, domestic or international) with demonstrated expertise in end-to-end project consulting is essential.

Qualifications

·      Project Management, Team Leadership, and Strategic Planning skills

·      Excellent communication and client liaison skills

·      Risk Assessment, Compliance, and Quality Assurance skills

·      Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

·      Bachelor's degree (BE/ B Tech) with Post Graduation (MBA or equivalent)

·      Proven track record of successful project delivery
