Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Strategy: Identify and target potential clients (schools, colleges, corporates, government institutions) for STRIKEs DEFEND & DETER solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Build long-term relationships with decision-makers (principals, HR heads, security officers). Product Demonstration & Client Engagement: Conduct persuasive presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase product benefits. Address client objections and tailor solutions to their needs. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Generate leads via cold calling, networking, and digital outreach (LinkedIn, industry events). Maintain a robust CRM pipeline and track progress. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently. Collaborate with legal/technical teams for smooth onboarding. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends. Provide feedback to product teams for enhancements. Qualifications & Skills: Education: MBA/BBA in Sales/Marketing or relevant field. Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales (preferably in Education and Corporate Sales). Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Why Join STRIKE?
