Business Development Executive / Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for cold calling, generating new inquiries, and conducting customer meetings daily. Your main focus will be on order conversion, maintaining the sales funnel, and reporting. An aggressive and go-getter attitude is essential for success in this target-driven role. Daily field visits, door crashing, and generating a new pipeline are crucial for consistent business growth. Up-selling and cross-selling will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Cold calls to generate new inquiries - Conducting customer meetings on a daily basis - Focusing on order conversion - Maintaining the sales funnel and providing regular reports - Up-selling and cross-selling products - Requires two-wheeler for daily customer meetings and field visits - Preferred male candidates with a background in networking, mobility, and enterprise data & voice sales - Flair for customer handling from lead generation to order closure - Continuous customer touch base to upsell and cross-sell other products Qualifications Required: - Diploma preferred - 1 year of experience in business development and B2B sales preferred - Proficiency in English required - Proficiency in English, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Malayalam preferred - Must be willing to travel 75% of the time - Work location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Additional Details: The job is full-time and open to both fresher and experienced candidates.
