Business Development Executive / Manager

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our team as a Business Development Executive/Manager in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, market research, and sales.

• Conduct secondary research on companies and industry verticals to identify new business opportunities.
• Mentor business development teams to enhance their skills and performance.
• Drive business development initiatives to achieve company goals.
• Generate and maintain a database of companies for market research activities.
• Report and coordinate day-to-day activities with junior and senior teams.
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to expand the company's presence.

• Bachelor's degree in any field; other bachelor's degrees are also acceptable.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Possess strong knowledge of B2C marketing, secondary research, primary research, business development, market research, and sales.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
