Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The role involves driving property sales, managing a team of executives, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

• Generate leads through networking, brokers, and marketing initiatives.

• Conduct regular training, meetings, and performance reviews.

• Manage client relationships and oversee site visits and deal closures.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth project execution.

• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA prefe

• 1–3 years of experience in Any sales, with team handling skills.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of the local real estate market.

• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.

  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategies for business expansion
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
