JD FOR SALES EXECUTIVE A Sales Executive provides administrative and operational support to the sales team and senior sales executives. This role focuses on tasks that help streamline sales processes, manage customer relationships, and contribute to overall sales team efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing sales materials, handling communications, and assisting with sales reporting. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing correspondence, and maintaining files. Prepare and organize sales documents, presentations, proposals, and reports. Sales Process Support: Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Customer Relationship Management: Managing customer communications, handling inquiries, and maintaining customer databases. Sales Reporting: Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and tracking sales performance data. Event Coordination: Assisting with the planning and coordination of sales meetings, conferences, and other events. General Office Support: Answering phones, managing mail, and providing other general administrative support as needed. CRM Management: Maintaining and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate data. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as marketing, to support sales initiatives and ensure seamless customer service. Content Development: Conduct research on industry-related topics to develop relevant and engaging content. Edit and proofread content to ensure high-quality output and consistency in tone and voice. Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand messaging and campaign goals. Track content performance and make suggestions for improvement based on analytics Required Skills: Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Especially Word, Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM Systems and Hubspot.
