Forecast: Set company and individual sales forecasts in line with the company 5 year growth plan.
Lead and Inspire: Build and manage a high-performing team of business development executives, working with them to achieve outbound activity and sales targets within the Food Retail/Hospitality sector.
Grow Key Accounts: Expand and nurture existing customer accounts in the Retail and Hospitality sector, setting the stage for ongoing revenue and future CSM-grade customers.
Build New Accounts - Proactively develop high-value new business from current non-spenders and secure longterm contracts/agreements.
Strategic Focus: Collaborate directly with our Sales & Marketing Director to craft innovative business development strategies and tactics to achieve rapid growth in this sector
Results-Driven: Monitor and report on your personal and team's achievements, to ensure we build a sales machine that consistently delivers. This includes preparing and presenting regular sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics to senior management.
Achieve agreed number of MSI conversations personally and for team
Achieve agreed number of new CSM accounts.
Achieve agreed customer patch revenue target
