This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, distributors, retailers, and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the agricultural market, excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including farmers, distributors, retailers. Lead Generation and Grow the business: Identify and generate new leads through telecommunication. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products/services, including their features, benefits, and applications in the agricultural context. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development plans. Qualifications Qualifications: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse wholesaler as well dealer. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications Postgraduate/Graduate degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
