Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with B2B clients—retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and traders.
• Drive sales of certified and non-certified diamonds; consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines to close profitable deals.
• Strong follow up and data keeping.
• Stay updated on diamond grading (4Cs), market trends, and competitive insights.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to expand outreach.
• Share product lists, quotations, and ensure smooth after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate CRM/sales records, track leads, and report key insights to management.

Required Skills

1. Communication and story telling skills
2. Strong knowledge of diamonds, jewelry, and 4Cs grading
3. 1-2 years experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
4. Strong negotiation skills and target-driven mindset
5. Market awareness and analytical thinking
6. Proficiency in Excel
7. Good understanding of latest industry technology and tools
