We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Chennai and contribute to expanding our presence in the Cosmetic & Pharma industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in Cosmetic & Pharma CDMO/CMO services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with pharmaceutical companies, cosmetic brands, and healthcare businesses.
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality, Regulatory) to align client requirements with company capabilities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, lead generation goals, and revenue objectives.
• Represent Ken Labs at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences (CPHI, CMPL, Cosmoprof) to build brand visibility.
• Maintain a CRM database of prospects, leads, and business development activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BPharm / BTech Biotechnology / BSc / MSc.
• Experience: 1–2 years in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (preferably in Pharma / Cosmetics / CDMO / CMO industry).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
