Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Katyayani Organics. This position is based in our headquarters in Bhopal and requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building long-term relationships with our clients by offering our state-of-the-art agrochemical solutions. Qualifications And Skills Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is essential to track and manage customer interactions effectively. Experience with HubSpot to streamline marketing strategies and manage client relationships efficiently. Proven expertise in lead generation techniques to identify and secure new business opportunities. Strong account management skills to foster long-lasting relationships with clients ensuring customer satisfaction. Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas. Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals with clients. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and promote products effectively. Competence in data analysis to make informed business decisions and measure the success of initiatives. Roles And Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand customer base. Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Utilize Salesforce CRM and HubSpot to manage client information, track interactions, and report on sales activities. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients highlighting product benefits and features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales strategies and product offerings. Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities to position our products more effectively.
