Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential brand clients and creators through calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Explain Katalisias value proposition and convert leads into active users.
  • Build strong relationships with marketing heads, founders, and creators.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle outreach, demo scheduling, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Maintain CRM records, daily outreach numbers, and weekly sales reports.
  • Collaborate with product & marketing teams to improve customer onboarding and experience.
  • Achieve monthly targets for brand sign-ups, creator onboarding, and campaign closures.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in Sales/BD/Influencer Marketing (freshers encouraged).
  • Excellent communication skills spoken and written English.
  • Strong persistence, discipline, and ability to handle high-volume outreach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or influencer marketing is a plus.
