Job Vacancy: Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Hardware & Solutions Industry

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in IT Hardware & Solutions Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

    Identify and reach out to potential customers, including corporate clients, SMBs, and enterprises.
  • Sales & Account Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure long-term business growth.
  • IT Hardware & Solutions Sales:

    Promote and sell a range of IT hardware (laptops, servers, networking products, etc.) and IT solutions (cloud, security, managed services).
  • Vendor & OEM Coordination:

    Collaborate with distributors, OEMs, and partners to ensure competitive pricing and solution offerings.
  • Proposal & Quotation Management:

    Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management:

    Maintain accurate records in CRM, track progress, and report sales performance to management.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Work Experience:

    Minimum 2-3 years in IT hardware or solutions sales, preferably in B2B or channel sales.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, networking) and IT solutions (cloud, security, managed services).
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Understanding of vendor and distribution networks in the IT industry.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
