Your Key Responsibilities Identify and generate qualified leads for IT services, including websites, apps, and digital marketing. Pitch, negotiate, and convert B2B and B2C clients through consultative selling. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue KPIs. Maintain strong follow-ups and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term business. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. What We’re Looking For 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in IT sales or software services. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong experience in lead generation and client handling (both inbound and outbound). Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic IT knowledge (e.g., website development, mobile app development, SEO, PPC) is a plus.
