Job Description

At Avenoir, we are a Salesforce Consulting Company founded by IIT Kharagpur graduates, with a team of 50+ certified Salesforce & Mulesoft experts. We specialize in delivering high-impact CRM and integration solutions for clients across the globe.We’re now looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive who can help us build new client relationships and strengthen our presence in the IT consulting ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients and IT consulting firms through strategic outreach and relationship development (via LinkedIn, email, and professional networking).
  • Research target companies, understand their service focus, and identify partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct introductory discussions to explore collaboration possibilities in Salesforce and other technology domains.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities and track interactions using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical and recruitment) to share requirements and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Support in proposal preparation, client presentations, and partnership documentation.
  • Facilitate interview coordination between client and candidates, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Participate in weekly review meetings to discuss progress and new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in IT Services / SaaS / Consulting Business Development.
  • Strong interest in Salesforce, Mulesoft, and Cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and comfortable in client-facing conversations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and Excel(Google Sheets).

What This Role Involves

Consultative communication with IT leaders and business heads (no product pitching). ✅ Building partnerships with consulting firms and staffing partners.

Learning global IT sales processes and client engagement best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
