Business Development Executive Intern


Duration: 6 Months 

Stipend: 6000/Month 

Location: Ahmedabad 


About the Role: 

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support client outreach, 

coordination, and documentation for our IT services. 


Key Responsibilities:  

Assist in client outreach, prospect research, and maintaining client interaction records. 

Support communication via email, LinkedIn, and calls. 

Coordinate basic business development tasks such as content support and activity planning. 

Prepare business documents such as proposals, presentations, and service overviews. 

Update CRM/trackers and support timely follow-ups with clients. 

Assist the team with day-to-day operational and documentation tasks. 


Requirements: 

Good to have Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field. 

Good communication skills and basic knowledge of field.  

Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets. 

Eagerness to learn and contribute.



Human Resource Executive intern


Duration: 6 Months 

Stipned: 6000/month

Location: Ahmedabad 


About the Role: 

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive Intern to assist in day-to-day HR 

operations, recruitment, documentation, and employee engagement activities. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Support the recruitment and placement process, including maintaining candidate and interview 

tracking sheets. 

Manage attendance, leave, and WFH tracking via Zoho and biometric systems. 

Assist in onboarding new employees, document verification, and folder creation. 

Maintain HR databases — employee records, insurance, PT, PF, and ESIC details. 

Coordinate social media posts, event celebrations, and HR announcements. 

Prepare and issue letters — experience, relieving, and internship certificates. 

Oversee office administration tasks — attendance register, visitor management, and office boy 

coordination. 

Track and remind for monthly bill and compliance payments. 

Assist in exit formalities and ex-employee verification. 


Requirements: 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Management or related field is preferred.  

Strong organizational and communication skills. 

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic HR tools. 

Positive attitude, confidentiality, and eagerness to learn.
