Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
Manage and nurture inbound leads to convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
Present and explain products or services to potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
Track, maintain, and update sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

13 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or lead generation
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers over phone/email.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
