Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor with a Civil Engineering background to oversee daily operations at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure construction activities adhere to approved drawings, quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. The role requires close coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities for construction and civil works Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth operations Monitor work progress and report daily updates to the project management team Conduct material quality checks, inspections, and address any deviations or non-compliance Ensure strict adherence to site safety protocols and regulatory requirements Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, attendance, and material records Resolve site issues in coordination with management and escalate critical concerns Oversee subcontractor activities to ensure timely project execution Participate in site handover, snag rectification, and project closure processes Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of construction methods, site supervision, and materials Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Good communication and coordination skills Working knowledge of safety protocols and legal site compliance Problem-solving approach with attention to detail
