Job Title: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)
Experience : 0 - 2 years
Location : Madurai (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, from prospective clients.
Explain company services clearly (thesis, research papers, journal publication, synopsis, etc.) and Work closely to understand client needs.
Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
Meet monthly and quarterly business targets.
Keep records of sales activities and prepare reports using CRM tools
Suggest ideas to improve sales strategies and client satisfaction.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.

Qualification & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 0.5 - 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the educational or research services sector.
