• Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages from prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements, project scope, and budget expectations.
• Present the right services/products and convert enquiries into confirmed deals.
• Actively reach out to architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and hospitality partners.
• Build strong relationships to generate repeat and referral projects.
• Represent the brand in meetings, presentations, and industry networking events.
• Build trust and rapport with B2C and B2B clients through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
• Answer queries regarding services, pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and closures in CRM tools.
• Share regular updates with sales and operations teams.
• Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and customer needs.
• Consistently meet weekly and monthly sales and outreach goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue.
• Drive both short-term conversions and long-term partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to listen actively and identify client/partner needs.
• Prior experience in sales, BD, or client servicing (interiors/real estate/hospitality preferred).
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build industry connections.
