Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in the Marketing Research industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and partnerships. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and promoting our research solutions to domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in the market research domain.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Create customized proposals, presentations, and quotations based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Research, Project Management, and Operations) to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences to promote the company’s services and generate leads.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report progress to management.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Marketing Research.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies, data collection techniques, and client needs.
  • Ability to identify market trends, client pain points, and craft customized solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and online research platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in selling B2B research services, syndicated research, custom research, or panel solutions.
  • Familiarity with international markets (especially US, UK, or APAC).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
