Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth for our international staffing services in the Middle East and Africa. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, experience in B2B sales, and familiarity with international recruitment, especially in the Gulf and African regions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients (corporates, EPCs, hospitals, oil & gas firms, etc.) in the Middle East and Africa for staffing/recruitment services. Develop and maintain relationships with HR heads, procurement leads, and decision-makers to generate new business. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and untapped opportunities in target regions. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry networking. Prepare and present customized proposals and pricing structures to clients. Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of client mandates. Maintain CRM and provide regular sales reports to management. Attend international job fairs, expos, and virtual events (if required) to represent the company. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in international recruitment or staffing services. Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth in global or Middle Eastern/African markets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Familiarity with international labor laws, visa processes, and recruitment compliance (Gulf/GCC experience is a plus). Self-motivated, result-driven, and willing to travel occasionally (Gulf/Africa). Preferred Skills: Experience working with sectors like Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Construction, or IT in international markets.
