Business Development Executive/Manager Company: GEx Search Website: https://gexsearch.com/ Location: Onsite Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive/ Manager to join our team and spearhead our growth efforts in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the staffing and recruitment industry, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends in the MEA region. Analyze competitive landscape and identify areas for differentiation and growth. 2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and approach potential clients to establish new business relationships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and business deals. 3. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the MEA region. Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the Business Development Manager/Director. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals to prospective clients. 4. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate placements. Coordinate with marketing to develop and execute region-specific campaigns and promotional activities. Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management. Oversee the preparation and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. 5. Networking and Events: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Build a network of contacts within the industry to facilitate business growth and opportunities. 6. Contract Management: Oversee the preparation and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the staffing and recruitment industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of the MEA region’s market dynamics and cultural nuances. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
