Role Summary:

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in areas such as marine environmental studies, subsea cable systems, ocean monitoring, seismic and acoustic modelling, and custom engineering systems.
Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
Build relationships with clients
Track government tender portals for relevant opportunities.
Coordinate with the internal bid team on strategy, pricing, and proposal preparation.
Deliver technical‑commercial presentations and proposals to secure new projects.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Support contract negotiation and ensure alignment with company and client requirements.
Represent the company at meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Candidate Profile:

Education:
B.Tech/PG in Marine Science, Nautical Science, Hydrography, Geophysics, or Geotechnical Engineering; MBA in Marketing or International Business is desirable.
Experience:
5+ years in B2B and B2G sales; 3+ years Preferred in marine/survey/ engineering services Strong knowledge of
government tendering processes

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office, LinkedIn, email communication, and tender portals.
