Job Description

As a Business Development Executive in the Medical and Mobility team, you will play a crucial role in introducing cutting-edge robotic physiotherapy equipment to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare institutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and Prioritizing Target Markets: Conducting research to identify the most promising opportunities for business development by understanding market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging trends. - Generating Leads: Proactively engaging in lead generation activities such as networking events, cold calling, and referrals to build a strong sales pipeline. - Building Relationships: Developing strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals to position yourself as a trusted advisor. - Conducting Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Showcasing the value of robotic physiotherapy solutions through product demonstrations, tailored proposals, and persuasive sales pitches. - Creating Customized Solutions & Proposals: Developing tailored proposals aligned with client goals in collaboration with internal teams to ensure feasibility and effectiveness. - Negotiating & Closing Deals: Leading negotiations to secure profitable and beneficial contracts for long-term partnerships. - Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of solutions and high levels of client satisfaction. - Tracking Sales Activities & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and deals to provide regular updates on progress to management. - Staying Informed: Keeping up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Networking & Continuous Improvement: Attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate leads, expand your network, and continuously improve sales strategies and offerings. Educational Qualifications: - B.
