Business Development Executive

Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives who can build strong client relationships, onboard partners to our platform, and drive business growth. This role blends fieldwork, client interaction, and strategic account management, making it perfect for someone who enjoys networking, problem-solving, and contributing to a fast-scaling startup.


What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the driving force behind our client acquisition and relationship management. You will:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and relationship-building.
  • Organize and conduct onboarding sessions, ensuring smooth adoption of our platform and services.
  • Work closely with clients on-site, assisting them in setting up accounts, onboarding users, and resolving integration needs.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and the tech/product team, highlighting feedback and ensuring product improvements are communicated.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships — from first contact to ongoing support, cross-selling, and ensuring repeat business.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles (Sales/BD/Relationship Management preferred).
  • Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable with both fieldwork and remote coordination.
  • Passion for sports, or prior experience working in the sports industry (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to take ownership of relationships and deliver results end-to-end.


Bonus Points If You Have

  • A background in sports, fitness, or related industries.
  • Experience in SaaS, edtech, or platform-based startups.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales/BD targets.
  • Ability to speak multiple Indian languages (for better client reach).
  • Comfort with CRM tools, lead management systems, or digital onboarding processes.
