• Conceptualize, script, edit, and publish

  daily content (reels, shorts, carousels, stories) for all platforms.
• Use tools like

  Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere

  , and AI tools for:
• Text-to-image generation
• Voiceovers and dubbing
• Script-to-video conversions
• Research, source, and edit relevant media (stock clips, sports footage, B-roll) that align with the theme/script.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest

  sports news, grassroots stories, and trends

  for contextual content creation.
• Collaborate with the core team for

  weekly planning

  and campaign execution.
• Ensure all content is

  platform-optimized

  and performance-oriented.
• Track analytics and suggest improvements based on content performance.

• Are an

  independent content creator

  who can build a reel from scratch without heavy guidance.
• Possess a

  strong creative eye

  , attention to detail, and great sense of pacing and design.
• Understand social media algorithms across platforms like

  Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn

  , etc.
• Are passionate about

  sports

  and storytelling with the ability to connect visuals to emotions.
• Can confidently handle multiple formats and

  work independently

• Experience with

  AI tools

  like Runway ML, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Leonardo.ai
• Voice modulation or AI-based dubbing
• Basic animation/graphic design
• Understanding of the
