Research: Stay updated on industry trends in grassroots sports, youth development, and digital content to create relevant posts. SEO & Hashtags: Optimize content with strong hooks, CTAs, hashtags, and keywords to boost engagement and visibility. Storytelling: Bring out the human side of sports through reels, testimonials, athlete journeys, and parent struggles. Collaboration: Work with designers, video editors, and marketing heads to publish polished, impactful content. Engagement: Suggest ideas for interactive content like polls, quizzes, Q&As, and reply-ready captions. As part of our core tech team, you'll be involved in building and scaling our platform using modern, production-grade technologies including Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, and AWS.
