Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and connect with potential clients, institutions, and training partners * Promote FISST Academy's cybersecurity courses and certifications * Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and meetings * Plan and execute outreach campaigns to colleges, corporates, and government bodies * Coordinate with the training and admissions teams for smooth onboarding * Represent FISST Academy at expos, webinars, and networking events * Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on performance metrics * Support strategic partnerships and collaborations Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelor’s degree * 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or educational outreach * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Self-driven, persuasive, and comfortable with target-oriented roles * Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders * Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools * Knowledge of cybersecurity or EdTech domain is an advantage Show more Show less
