* Identify and connect with potential clients, institutions, and training partners
* Promote FISST Academy's cybersecurity courses and certifications
* Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and meetings
* Plan and execute outreach campaigns to colleges, corporates, and government bodies
* Coordinate with the training and admissions teams for smooth onboarding
* Represent FISST Academy at expos, webinars, and networking events
* Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on performance metrics
* Support strategic partnerships and collaborations
* Bachelor’s degree
* 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or educational outreach
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-driven, persuasive, and comfortable with target-oriented roles
* Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders
* Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
* Knowledge of cybersecurity or EdTech domain is an advantage
