Business Development Executive

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive (BDE) in the Automobile industry with 5 to 10 years of experience, your primary focus will be on growing the business by acquiring current customers and attracting new ones. Your responsibilities will include managing RFQs, costing, and negotiations to secure business opportunities. Additionally, you will play a key role in diversifying into different sectors, identifying new revenue streams, and fostering strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage RFQs, costing, and negotiations for business acquisition - Explore diversification opportunities in various sectors - Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities - Build and nurture relationships with current and potential clients - Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies - Maintain and update documentation related to marketing and business development - Assist in marketing and promotional projects - Collaborate with management to achieve sales growth targets - Support the team with additional responsibilities as needed Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Solid organizational and time management capabilities - Capacity to work well under pressure - Uphold professionalism and confidentiality - Enthusiastic about building relationships - Team player with interpersonal communication skills - Experience in Plastic Molding business - Exposure to Auto and Non-Auto companies Your experience in negotiation, interpersonal communication, and costing will be crucial in excelling in this role.
